Jonathan J. Harsch

Vice President, Government Relations

Jonathan Harsch brings clients extensive policy and strategic experience. Prior to joining KSCW in 2005, Jonathan worked on Capitol Hill, and on a variety of local, state, and national campaigns in New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Virginia, and the District of Columbia. He also has worked with internet startups to build effective online development strategies.

Jonathan specializes in financial services policy. He has experience working on insurance, accounting, and securities reform legislation. Most recently, Jonathan was part of a team that successfully negotiated a significant bipartisan change which eventually became law in the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2010.

Jonathan studied Government at Cornell University, where he was president of both his fraternity and honor society, and was also a member of the Sphinx Head Society. He currently lives in Washington, D.C.
